Drive a screw near the middle of the area where the door is rubbing. Once you have the door square with the body opening you can adjust the door forward or rearward and up and down to get the gaps as even as you can all the way around. One other way that works well to help align once you have painted is to drill an 1 8 hole through the hinge door thread plate once you have the door where you want it then after painting you start the bolts and use a 1 8 pin punch to align the parts tighten the bolts then pull the punch out. You can also adjust a door slightly to the left or the right by bending the hinge knuckles. Its all in the bushing. Hold door hinge against cardboard and use utility knife to cut around hinge. If the hinge leaf is recessed only at the bottom or the top insert a shim behind only part of the hinge leaf.

Set two or three cardboard shims in the hinge mortises on the door and jamb then replace the hinge.
